1. What we collect

Most of this website can be viewed without giving us any personal information. We collect:

• Enquiries. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the message you write.
• Access logs. Our application access logs record your IP address, requested paths and URL query parameters, request times and methods, referring pages, browser user-agent strings, response status codes and response times. Failed requests may also include error details.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about.
• To keep the website secure and working, for example to block abusive traffic and limit spam.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Service providers and overseas disclosure

We use the following providers to run the website. Some of them may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States:

• Mailgun delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site. Your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
• Google reCAPTCHA may be used on the contact form to filter spam. When it is active, Google receives information about your device and interaction with the page, under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We share only the information each provider needs to do its job.

4. How long we keep it

Our application automatically removes access log entries older than 30 days during periodic checks triggered by website requests. Our web server software also keeps its own standard logs, which are rotated and deleted on a regular schedule. Enquiries are kept in our email system for as long as we need them to deal with you and to keep business records.

5. Cookies

This website does not set cookies for visitors. If Google reCAPTCHA is active, Google may set its own cookies. A cookie is used only for our staff when they sign in to manage the site.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our systems.

7. Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
